We see him almost daily. He\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s not a pet \u00e2\u20ac\u201c he\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s leery of us, as he should be \u00e2\u20ac\u201c but we know each other.<\/p>\n<p>Spike has recently started calling, a sound we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve never heard before. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re familiar with the roadrunner call that sounds much like a mourning dove only more mournful. This call is a loud whoop. You can hear it in the first short video.
