Many cities have invested millions of dollars to recreate \u00e2\u20ac\u0153green belts.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d In Albuquerque, all we have to do is protect what we already have.  <\/p>\n<p>However, now, following a century of protection, the natural beauty and ecological integrity of the Rio Grande Valley State Park is being threatened by the Rio Grande Vision \u00e2\u20ac\u201c a bosque development plan promoted by Mayor Richard Berry.  <\/p>\n<p>The Rio Grande Vision is a disturbing departure from the purposes set forth by the state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s legislation and the Bosque Action Plan.
