Why wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t the Forest Service keep the forest open <strong>through<\/strong> the last day of the month, the last day of the fiscal year? I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m not protesting the closing, but when it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s this hot, the only relief starts at 10,000 feet.<\/p>\n<p>Rain is expected this week. Will enough come to prevent the closure of the bosque?
